The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.17 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 0.74 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 77.03 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 6.84 per cent at Rs 19.33 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 20.75 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 4.19 per cent to Rs 18.99 crore from Rs 19.82 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 10.71 per cent at Rs 0.25 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.28 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 63.44 per cent to Rs 0.34 crore as against Rs 0.93 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 60.99 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 33.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.04 crore, while Taxation decreased by 32.00 per cent at Rs 0.17 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.25 crore).
