This is to inform you that the Board at its meeting held today, i.e. 10 March, 2025 has inter alia approved the following:\r\n\r\n1. Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee, appointment of Sri. Aditya Akkineni (DIN 01629979) as Additional Director being a Whole-time Director designated as Chief Executive Officer, subject to approval of the members of the Company;\r\n\r\n2. Alteration in Object and Liability Clause of the MOA of the Company and alignment of the existing MOA with provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, subject to approval of the members of the Company;\r\n\r\n3. Alteration of AOA of the Company to align them with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 by substituting the new AOA in place of the existing AOA of the Company, subject to approval of the members of the Company.\r\n\r\nThe Meeting of the Board commenced at 3.30 PM IST and concluded at 4.10 PM IST.
