Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, Awfis Space Solutions Ltd. announces a revision in its existing credit facility arrangement with Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited.

Initially, the company had a sanctioned credit facility of INR 5000 lakhs, comprising an overdraft facility of INR 1000 lakhs and a term loan of INR 4000 lakhs.

Under the revised agreement, the company has opted to surrender the overdraft facility of INR 1000 lakhs, reducing the total sanctioned limit to INR 4000 lakhs. Consequently, the current outstanding exposure stands at INR 4000 lakhs under the term loan facility.
