Trishakti Industries Limited has announced the acquisition of a significant contract from NCC Limited, as per the disclosure made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024.

Under the terms of the contract, Trishakti Industries will deploy advanced earth-moving heavy equipment valued at INR 60 million to support NCC Limited’s ongoing infrastructure project.
