The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.54 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.81 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 33.33 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 26.46 per cent at Rs 21.27 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 16.82 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 26.01 per cent to Rs 20.54 crore from Rs 16.30 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit surged by 22.00 per cent to Rs 0.61 crore as against Rs 0.50 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3.68 per cent in March quarter.

Taxation decreased by 200.00 per cent at Rs -0.06 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.06 crore).
