The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. Thursday, May 8, 2025 has, inter alia, approved the appointment of Mr. Ashish Anant Jain in 'Senior Management' Cadre with effect from May 8, 2025, designated as 'Chief Operating Officer' in Ad Sales department of the Company.
