The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.60 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.49 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 70.86 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 18.16 per cent at Rs 54.01 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 45.71 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 25.30 per cent to Rs 46.46 crore from Rs 37.08 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 35.16 per cent at Rs 0.59 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.91 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 12.40 per cent to Rs 7.56 crore as against Rs 8.63 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 25.94 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 12.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.64 crore, while Taxation decreased by 7.89 per cent at Rs 1.05 crore (Mar'24 Rs 1.14 crore).
