The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.97 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 11.63 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 5.67 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 0.44 per cent at Rs 83.83 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 84.20 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.80 per cent to Rs 64.65 crore from Rs 62.89 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 184.09 per cent at Rs 5.00 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 1.76 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 10.00 per cent to Rs 19.18 crore as against Rs 21.31 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 9.60 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 8.79 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.83 crore, while Taxation increased by 16.62 per cent at Rs 4.49 crore (Mar'24 Rs 3.85 crore).
