The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.53 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.20 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 165.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.19 per cent at Rs 32.02 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 31.03 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.05 per cent to Rs 30.59 crore from Rs 29.40 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 30.00 per cent at Rs 0.14 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.20 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 11.66 per cent to Rs 1.44 crore as against Rs 1.63 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 14.48 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 34.02 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.64 crore, while Taxation decreased by 60.87 per cent at Rs 0.18 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.46 crore).
