The Board of Directors in their meeting held on April 18, 2025, recommended a final dividend of 10% (Rs 1 per share) for the year ended March 31, 2025, which is subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on August 29, 2025, accordingly the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books shall remain closed from August 16, 2025 to August 22, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the members to receive dividend.\r\n\r\nThe record date for the said purpose is to be considered on August 14, 2025.\r\n\r\nAfter the approval by the members at the AGM, date for payment of dividend will be on or after September 03, 2025.\r\n\r\nKindly acknowledge the receipt of the same and inform the members of the stock exchange.
