To consider and recommended the appointment of Mr. Manish R Patel (COP NO:- 9360), Practicing Company Secretary of Surat as a Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a term of five consecutive financial years from the FY 2025-26 to FY 2030-31 subject to approval of the shareholders in the annual general meeting of the company.\r\n\r\n(3).
