The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.82 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.91 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 100.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.66 per cent at Rs 70.91 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 64.08 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.90 per cent to Rs 66.66 crore from Rs 60.11 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 72.18 per cent at Rs 0.37 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 1.33 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 7.05 per cent to Rs 4.25 crore as against Rs 3.97 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3.39 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 45.61 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.62 crore, while Taxation decreased by 66.27 per cent at Rs 0.56 crore (Mar'24 Rs 1.66 crore).
