The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.88 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 6.21 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 10.79 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.70 per cent at Rs 139.93 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 120.94 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.44 per cent to Rs 129.92 crore from Rs 112.54 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 30.88 per cent at Rs 1.88 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 2.72 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 19.17 per cent to Rs 10.01 crore as against Rs 8.40 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 3.02 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 0.97 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.02 crore, while Taxation increased by 3.17 per cent at Rs 2.28 crore (Mar'24 Rs 2.21 crore).
