The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.25 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 6.06 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 19.64 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 24.74 per cent at Rs 52.48 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 42.07 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 49.16 per cent to Rs 41.87 crore from Rs 28.07 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 968.52 per cent at Rs 5.77 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.54 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 24.21 per cent to Rs 10.61 crore as against Rs 14.00 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 39.24 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 63.10 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.37 crore, while Taxation decreased by 34.95 per cent at Rs 1.34 crore (Mar'24 Rs 2.06 crore).
