The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.34 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.51 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 61.82 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 0.97 per cent at Rs 29.11 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 28.83 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 6.26 per cent to Rs 26.83 crore from Rs 25.25 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 37.50 per cent at Rs 0.20 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.32 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 36.31 per cent to Rs 2.28 crore as against Rs 3.58 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 36.96 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 3100.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.32 crore, while Taxation increased by 440.00 per cent at Rs 0.34 crore (Mar'24 Rs -0.10 crore).
