The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.02 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.79 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 12.85 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 39.34 per cent at Rs 43.18 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 30.99 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 26.29 per cent to Rs 38.77 crore from Rs 30.70 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 43.24 per cent at Rs 1.06 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.74 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 1478.57 per cent to Rs 4.42 crore as against Rs 0.28 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 1010.87 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 10.94 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.71 crore, while Taxation increased by 163.27 per cent at Rs 1.29 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.49 crore).
