The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.96 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.12 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 14.29 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 65.19 per cent at Rs 12.72 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 7.70 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 55.90 per cent to Rs 10.96 crore from Rs 7.03 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.09 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 162.69 per cent to Rs 1.76 crore as against Rs 0.67 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 59.01 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 91.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.23 crore, while Taxation increased by 155.88 per cent at Rs 0.38 crore (Mar'24 Rs -0.68 crore).
