The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.93 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.98 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 53.03 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 28.20 per cent at Rs 8.91 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 12.41 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 28.26 per cent to Rs 9.01 crore from Rs 12.56 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 75.24 per cent at Rs 0.26 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 1.05 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 33.33 per cent to Rs -0.10 crore as against Rs -0.15 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 4.27 per cent in March quarter.

Taxation increased by 133.10 per cent at Rs 0.47 crore (Mar'24 Rs -1.42 crore).
