The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.73 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.04 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 29.81 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 5.48 per cent at Rs 14.15 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 14.97 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.18 per cent to Rs 13.21 crore from Rs 12.56 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 4.35 per cent at Rs 0.24 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.23 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 61.57 per cent to Rs 0.93 crore as against Rs 2.42 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 59.11 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 5.88 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.16 crore, while Taxation decreased by 57.63 per cent at Rs 0.25 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.59 crore).
