The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.31 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.64 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 51.56 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 25.41 per cent at Rs 2.76 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 3.70 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 30.05 per cent to Rs 2.77 crore from Rs 3.96 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 53.91 per cent at Rs 0.53 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 1.15 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 96.30 per cent to Rs -0.01 crore as against Rs -0.27 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 94.44 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 33.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.02 crore, while Taxation decreased by 25.00 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.12 crore).
