The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.77 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.25 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 65.78 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.50 per cent at Rs 26.76 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 22.97 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 25.00 per cent to Rs 16.15 crore from Rs 12.92 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 59.38 per cent at Rs 0.51 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.32 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 5.57 per cent to Rs 10.61 crore as against Rs 10.05 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 9.35 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 71.69 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.85 crore, while Taxation increased by 285.29 per cent at Rs 0.63 crore (Mar'24 Rs -0.34 crore).
