The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.43 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 26.80 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 64.81 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 67.12 per cent at Rs 84.33 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 50.46 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 212.20 per cent to Rs 70.65 crore from Rs 22.63 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.14 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.00 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 50.84 per cent to Rs 13.68 crore as against Rs 27.83 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 70.59 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 365.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.59 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.90 per cent at Rs 2.23 crore (Mar'24 Rs 2.21 crore).
