The Board of Directors, at their meeting held on May 28, 2025, have approved the appointment of CS Kishor Dudhatra, Practising Company Secretaries, as a secretarial auditor of the company for a period of five consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 to 2029-30, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
