The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 21.57 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.04 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 53825.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 55.13 per cent at Rs 12.60 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 28.08 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 76.12 per cent to Rs 11.94 crore from Rs 50.00 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 98.66 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 1.49 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 103.01 per cent to Rs 0.66 crore as against Rs -21.92 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 106.68 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 27.27 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.28 crore, while Taxation increased by 1326.67 per cent at Rs 2.14 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.15 crore).
