The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.32 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.85 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 62.35 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.74 per cent at Rs 10.82 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 10.43 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.80 per cent to Rs 9.18 crore from Rs 8.93 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 96.10 per cent at Rs 0.03 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.77 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 9.33 per cent to Rs 1.64 crore as against Rs 1.50 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 5.51 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 5.26 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.90 crore, while Taxation increased by 266.67 per cent at Rs 0.11 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.03 crore).
