The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.52 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 37.42 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 85.25 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 30.44 per cent at Rs 330.50 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 253.37 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 36.92 per cent to Rs 300.86 crore from Rs 219.74 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 186.11 per cent at Rs -8.37 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 9.72 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 11.89 per cent to Rs 29.64 crore as against Rs 33.64 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 32.45 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 64.86 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.16 crore, while Taxation increased by 106.63 per cent at Rs 0.44 crore (Mar'24 Rs -6.64 crore).
