The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.29 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.78 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 10.67 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.16 per cent at Rs 53.15 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 49.60 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 8.37 per cent to Rs 46.46 crore from Rs 42.87 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 518.75 per cent at Rs 0.99 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.16 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 0.59 per cent to Rs 6.70 crore as against Rs 6.74 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 7.22 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 43.75 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.09 crore, while Taxation increased by 8.84 per cent at Rs 1.97 crore (Mar'24 Rs 1.81 crore).
