The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.82 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.76 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 2.17 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 32.57 per cent at Rs 129.28 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 97.52 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 32.04 per cent to Rs 125.50 crore from Rs 95.05 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 38.05 per cent at Rs 0.70 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 1.13 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 53.04 per cent to Rs 3.78 crore as against Rs 2.47 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 15.42 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 102.44 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.83 crore, while Taxation increased by 240.00 per cent at Rs 0.34 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.10 crore).
