The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 3.76 crore compared to net profit of Rs 0.94 crore in the previous year quarter.ÿ

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 12.79 per cent at Rs 20.60 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 23.62 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 8.14 per cent to Rs 22.99 crore from Rs 21.26 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 21.99 per cent at Rs 1.49 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 1.91 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 200.85 per cent to Rs -2.38 crore as against Rs 2.36 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 215.38 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 77.86 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.33 crore, while Taxation decreased by 214.86 per cent at Rs -0.85 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.74 crore).
