The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.24 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.93 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 91.81 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 46.53 per cent at Rs 1.08 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 2.02 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 318.75 per cent to Rs 0.67 crore from Rs 0.16 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 99.50 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 2.02 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 78.49 per cent to Rs 0.40 crore as against Rs 1.86 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 59.15 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation decreased by 93.55 per cent at Rs 0.06 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.93 crore).
