The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.97 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.96 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 209.38 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose two fold by 227.97 per cent at Rs 44.44 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 13.55 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 205.09 per cent to Rs 41.34 crore from Rs 13.55 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 37.91 per cent at Rs 1.72 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 2.77 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 0.00 per cent to Rs 3.10 crore as against Rs 0.00 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 69900.00 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 50.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation decreased by 4.17 per cent at Rs 1.15 crore (Mar'24 Rs 1.20 crore).
