The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 20.34 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 68.34 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 70.24 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 55.93 per cent at Rs 122.64 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 78.65 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 53.38 per cent to Rs 104.74 crore from Rs 68.29 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 31.51 per cent at Rs 1.92 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 1.46 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 72.88 per cent to Rs 17.91 crore as against Rs 10.36 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 10.86 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 65.05 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.08 crore, while Taxation decreased by 30.81 per cent at Rs -3.84 crore (Mar'24 Rs -5.55 crore).
