The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.79 crore compared to net loss of Rs 3.17 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 13.49 per cent at Rs 48.74 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 56.34 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 20.24 per cent to Rs 47.64 crore from Rs 59.73 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 99.21 per cent at Rs 0.03 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 3.80 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 132.35 per cent to Rs 1.10 crore as against Rs -3.40 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 137.48 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 666.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.17 crore, while Taxation decreased by 98.27 per cent at Rs 0.06 crore (Mar'24 Rs 3.46 crore).
