The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.75 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.48 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 6.03 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 18.62 per cent at Rs 56.34 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 69.23 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 22.02 per cent to Rs 46.98 crore from Rs 60.25 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 45.83 per cent at Rs 0.13 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.24 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 4.23 per cent to Rs 9.36 crore as against Rs 8.98 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 28.06 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 5.35 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.77 crore, while Taxation increased by 12.22 per cent at Rs 1.01 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.90 crore).
