The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.80 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 20.13 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 81.12 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 26.38 per cent at Rs 149.57 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 118.35 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 23.84 per cent to Rs 141.67 crore from Rs 114.40 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 5.88 per cent at Rs 0.16 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.17 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 100.00 per cent to Rs 7.90 crore as against Rs 3.95 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 58.08 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 16.22 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.72 crore
