The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.35 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.25 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 40.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 22.67 per cent at Rs 24.51 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 19.98 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 23.94 per cent to Rs 24.44 crore from Rs 19.72 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 40.68 per cent at Rs 0.83 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.59 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 73.08 per cent to Rs 0.07 crore as against Rs 0.26 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 79.07 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 10.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.33 crore, while Taxation decreased by 400.00 per cent at Rs -0.18 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.06 crore).
