The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.17 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.23 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 26.09 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 18.36 per cent at Rs 9.09 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 7.68 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 14.70 per cent to Rs 8.27 crore from Rs 7.21 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 161.54 per cent at Rs -0.08 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.13 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 74.47 per cent to Rs 0.82 crore as against Rs 0.47 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 49.18 per cent in March quarter.

Taxation decreased by 61.11 per cent at Rs 0.07 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.18 crore).
