The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.94 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.01 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 68.77 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.77 per cent at Rs 46.67 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 43.71 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 16.31 per cent to Rs 40.23 crore from Rs 34.59 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 612.50 per cent at Rs 0.82 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs -0.16 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 29.50 per cent to Rs 6.43 crore as against Rs 9.12 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 33.92 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 29.38 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.02 crore, while Taxation decreased by 87.98 per cent at Rs 0.22 crore (Mar'24 Rs 1.83 crore).
