The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.07 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.06 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 39.72 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 41.15 per cent at Rs 165.44 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 117.21 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 40.33 per cent to Rs 149.97 crore from Rs 106.87 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 1.97 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.00 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 38.50 per cent to Rs 15.47 crore as against Rs 11.17 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 1.89 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 86.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 8.15 crore, while Taxation increased by 24.36 per cent at Rs 0.97 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.78 crore).
