The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.47 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.15 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 78.14 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 48.61 per cent at Rs 108.10 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 210.35 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 46.67 per cent to Rs 112.95 crore from Rs 211.79 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 46.69 per cent at Rs 7.54 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 5.14 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 236.81 per cent to Rs -4.85 crore as against Rs -1.44 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 560.29 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 115.65 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.48 crore, while Taxation increased by 11600.00 per cent at Rs 1.15 crore (Mar'24 Rs -0.01 crore).
