The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 25.40 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 26.22 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 3.13 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 26.05 per cent at Rs 203.62 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 275.34 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 29.01 per cent to Rs 167.78 crore from Rs 236.33 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 26.97 per cent at Rs 1.93 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 1.52 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 8.10 per cent to Rs 35.84 crore as against Rs 39.00 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 24.21 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 52.07 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.20 crore, while Taxation decreased by 6.97 per cent at Rs 8.81 crore (Mar'24 Rs 9.47 crore).
