Kati Patang Lifestyle Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will soon finalize the terms of its proposed Rights Issue. This update follows the company's earlier filing on June 16, 2025, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.

As per the company’s statement, the Rights Issue Committee has decided that the details of the proposed issue will be determined in an upcoming Board Meeting, the schedule for which will be announced shortly. The process will be carried out in accordance with the amended SEBI ICDR Regulations and relevant SEBI circulars.
