Atishay Ltd has announced the receipt of a significant work order worth Rs 85.54 lakhs from The Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., Bikaner, operating under the Co-operative Department of Rajasthan. The order pertains to the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Micro ATM devices for Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS).

This project is aimed at strengthening the digital infrastructure in the rural banking sector and marks a major step forward in the Company’s efforts to promote financial inclusion in agricultural and remote regions.

The contract has been awarded by a domestic entity and is scheduled for completion by 2nd July 2025. The total contract value includes all applicable duties and taxes.

The Company has confirmed that there is no promoter or group company interest in the awarding entity and the order does not qualify as a related party transaction.
