Please refer to our letter dated November 8, 2024 informing that Wipro Limited (\Company\) had signed a definitive agreement to subscribe for the equity share capital in AMPIN Energy C&I One Private Limited and that the transaction was expected to be completed by June 30, 2025.\r\n\r\nIn continuation to the aforesaid letter, it is hereby informed that the above transaction is now expected to be completed at the latest by March 31, 2026.
