The Belrise Industries Limited has inform the exchange that Board of Directors of the Company considered and approved a schemen of Amalgamation of H-One India Private Limited (\Transferor Company\) with and into Belrise Industries Limited (\Transferee Company\) and their respective shareholders and creditors, in terms of the provisions of sections 230-232 and other applicable provisions, if any of the Companies Act, 2013.
