Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Para A of Schedule III of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you about the re-appointment of the Cost Auditor and to fix the Remuneration of the Cost Auditor for FY. 2025-26 at their Board Meeting held on 01st July, 2025, subject to approval of the ensuing annual General Meeting.\r\n\r\nThe details as required are annexed in the enclosure.
