Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Ltd. on Wednesday, 23 April 2025, has announced Final dividend of 110 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 01 August 2025 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 01 August 2025.

The last three dividends are 100% Final dividend (Ex Date : 20 September 2024), 50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 29 August 2023) and 50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 24 February 2023).
