The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 246.68 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 383.69 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 35.71 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 29.51 per cent at Rs 1,947.29 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,503.62 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 729.96 per cent to Rs 426.68 crore from Rs 51.41 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 2746.51 per cent at Rs 12.24 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.43 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 4.23 per cent to Rs 1,520.61 crore as against Rs 1,458.86 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 19.51 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 24.96 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1,218.27 crore, while Taxation decreased by 37.03 per cent at Rs 57.96 crore (Jun'24 Rs 92.04 crore).
