Varroc Engineering Ltd. on Thursday, 29 May 2025, has announced Final dividend of 100 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 08 August 2025 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 08 August 2025.

The last two dividends are 300% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 25 February 2020) and 400% Final dividend (Ex Date : 08 August 2019).
