The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 49.97 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 43.19 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 15.70 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.82 per cent at Rs 484.10 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 417.99 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.91 per cent to Rs 417.00 crore from Rs 359.75 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 29.52 per cent at Rs 5.66 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 4.37 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 15.21 per cent to Rs 67.10 crore as against Rs 58.24 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.50 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 42.86 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.10 crore, while Taxation increased by 15.90 per cent at Rs 17.20 crore (Jun'24 Rs 14.84 crore).
